What Is a Bulk Google Index Checker?

A bulk Google index checker is a tool that verifies whether multiple URLs are inside Google's search index at the same time. Instead of checking one URL at a timer you paste a list and get results for every URL in one pass.

Each URL is checked against Google's live index and returns one of two results: Indexed or Not Indexed. No grey areas, no vague scores.

This is different from Google Search Console. GSC only works on verified properties, caps daily URL inspections, and cannot check third-party URLs like backlinks or competitor pages. A bulk index checker has none of those restrictions.

STEP 2
Run the check
Click check. We query Google's live index for every URL simultaneously. Results in seconds.

Review your results
Every URL is marked clearly as Indexed or Not Indexed. See at a glance what needs attention.
STEP 4
Take action
Request indexing in GSC for your own pages. Contact site owners about unindexed backlinks.
Who Needs This
Who Uses Bulk Index Checking and WhySee how SEOs, agencies, and website owners use bulk index checking to save time and make better decisions.
SEO agencies
Managing multiple client sites means checking index
status at scale. Run bulk checks after content pushes,
migrations, or core updates without per-check fees.
Most common
Agencies are the heaviest users of bulk index
checking. Multiple clients, hundreds of URLs per
audit, zero patience for one-at-a-time tools.
Link builders
Built a batch of backlinks? Verify they're
indexed. An unindexed page passes no link
equity regardless of its DA. Bulk check the
whole list in one go.
Content teams
Publishing ten posts a week is great. Not
knowing which ones Google indexed is a
problem. Bulk check recent posts every few
days.
Technical SEOs
After migrations, URL restructures, or CMS
updates, a bulk check across affected URLs
tells you immediately whether Google picked
up the new structure.
Freelance consultants
Client reporting is easier with real indexing
data. Bulk check key pages before a monthly
report and include index status as part of your
deliverable.

For day-to-day spot checks, single URL checking on the Homepage is faster. For anything involving a list of URLs, bulk checking is the right approach.
Common Use Cases
Real-World Bulk Index Checking Use CasesReal scenarios where checking multiple URLs at once saves time and drives better SEO decisions.
Case 01
After a site migration
Move a site or restructure URLs and hundreds
of pages can fall out of Google's index. A bulk
check across key URLs tells you instantly which
got re-indexed and which went dark.
Case 02
After a Google core update
Core updates cause ranking drops — and
sometimes de-indexing. Bulk check important
pages after a major update to separate ranking
issues from actual indexing losses.
Case 03
Auditing a backlink report
Export backlinks from Ahrefs, Semrush, or Moz.
Paste referring URLs into the bulk checker. Any
Not Indexed result is a dead backlink from
Google's perspective.
Case 04
Verifying a publishing batch
Publishing in batches? Run a bulk check 48–72
hours after publishing. Pages still showing Not
Indexed after that window need a closer look.
Case 05
Checking competitor pages
Want to know which competitor pages Google
is actively indexing? Paste their URLs. Useful for
gap analysis, content velocity tracking, and
spotting excluded pages.
ACCURACY
How Accurate Is the Bulk Index Checker?

We query Google's live search index for each URL — not a cached snapshot, not a third-party database. Results reflect what Google sees the moment you run the check.

Indexed results
Highly reliable. If our tool says a URL is indexed, it is inside Google's index.
Not indexed results
Accurate in the vast majority of cases. For your own properties, cross-check with GSC's URL Inspection tool.

Known to return incomplete results. We don't use it. More reliable for actual SEO decisions.
